A Mac user is facing problem such as he has to perform hard restart for his laptop again and again, and it has started happening after installing sophos, can you tell me what exactly he has to do so that he will not face this issue in future ?

Hi,

That's a little vague. How have you determined that its Sophos that is prompting the restarts? Are the restarts system initiated or user initiated? If user, what is prompting them to trigger the restart? You say, they are facing a problem - what is that specifically?
