    Hi Marcelo,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    Do you know if the affected device has been rebooted after the exclusion was added? Once a cryptoguard detection is raised on an application, it will be cached until the device reboots. 

    If you continue to see the program being blocked, I recommend checking if there is a unique Thumbprint associated with each new detection. The following article provides great insight into these detections and how to address them.
