Sophos Endpoint Mac Installation Failed

what errors appear in the logs for the installation? 

I have been dealing with the same issue for the last few days and have found the following to work:

1. Restart into Recovery Mode (CMD+R)
2. navigate to Utilities > Terminal
3. disable System Integrity Protection using $ csrutil disable
4. restart into the user account
5. install the endpoint 
6. restart into Recovery Mode, Terminal
7. enable SIP using $ csrutil enable

Hi, Sophos support came back to me and suggested this which worked for me:

After downloading the Sophos Central installer, extract the .zip to the user home directory (/Users/<username>/) then run the installer .app from this new location.

I did try to copy it to the documents folder but that also failed.

That worked for me, thanks.
