Sysinternals and Nirsoft detected as PUA

You will need to allow each of the PUA detections if you wish to permit the applications in your environment. You can find further guidance on this in the following document.

You can also see what PUAs have been allowed by checking under "Global Settings > Allowed Applications". On this page, you can choose to "Add apps by path".
