Please open a support case for this issue and please include an SDU with the case. You can create an SDU directly from Sophos Central, see https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038603 for more details.

I suggest checking if the updating of Root Certificates is disabled on your environment. The following article goes into further detail on how to do so.

If this does not work, I recommend opening a case as Marcel has suggested so that additional logs can be gathered to investigate.
