Wenn ich versuche auf einem Windwos 10 Rechner Sophos Intercept X Essentials zu instaliren bekomme ich immer den volgenden fehler (Download von WindowsCloudNextGen von Server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com∕update ist fehlgeschlagen). Die Meldung bekomme ich bei allen geräten und Servern.
Das steht unter den Punkt Lizensen drinnen. Sind gültig bis 01.01.2100
Gibt es ürgen welche Probleme in der URL?

Most of the time this is related to licensing issues. Can you confirm if your license is not expired yet?
