Is it possible to downgrade the sophos intercept x version? Having issues with forcepoint endpoint classifier.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    Could you let me know what version of Intercept X is currently on your devices? The latest one is version 2.0.24, which should be compatible. There was a minor change from the prior/recent release (2.0.23), to ensure retained compatibility.
