Sophos inatallation error

Thanks for reaching out. If you’re installing on Windows 7 you’ll need an Extended Support license, as Windows 7 is no longer supported. You can find further information at the following link.

The UI shown in your screenshot here appears to be the "Sophos Central" managed client. Could you clarify if you're using Sophos Central, or the Sophos Enterprise Console? Let me know if you already have an extended support license as well.

we are using  Sophos Central also we don't know whether we have extended support license.

let me know, how we can check whether we have it or not.

In Sophos Central, you can click the down arrow at the top right of the page next to your account name/company name and then select "Licensing". 

The list shown on this page will tell you if you have the extended support license you need.
