tracerout and ping through the internet works fine but no web pages showed up

Hi guys if someone can help me i tried to solve this probleme but i have no clue what the cause is .

the company has like 250 pcs and all of them has intercept x but only some pcs had this probleme time by time btw im helpdesk and they called about no connection

on the pc i made my diagnostic i ping the router i ping the internet i ping my public ip address and no probleme with that even the delay is too short 1ms and it reach the destination.

also we didn't made any web filtering yet it's empty.

but when i try to surf on the internet using like google chrom nothing happened it didn't told me that no connection ibut nstead it told that time is up you know what im saying

please can someone can help ask your teammate .

    I recommend opening a support case directly with Sophos Support so that they can assist you via a remote session while the issue is present. You can access our support portal using this link

    If you do receive contact from someone on your team advising that the issue has returned, I recommend to call us so that Support can connect with you on the session right away. You can use the phone number (1-888-767-4679) , or the regional contact numbers listed under "For Critical Cases" from the link provided above.
