Active Directory synchronization failed

ADsync is asking me to approve and continue to changes made, even if there is no changes at all, and I think it the request times out this error message comes up.

Please suggest:

  • Hello Abhishek Kumar9,

As this version is the latest one available, I recommend opening a support case with our team. Please provide the case ID here once opened, or you can send me a DM with this information.

It would be best for us to take a closer look into this issue to get ahead of any future inquiries we may receive with the new version. I recommend starting out by running the SDU log collection tool on the system where ADSync is installed. Please try attaching the logs to an e-mail reply on the case once it is opened so we can take a look.
