A website our campus security department uses, relating to weapons, is being blocked after we have created a policy and website tag to allow it. What are we doing wrong?

Can you post your policy here?

Also, did you assign it to the correct users?

Okay, the issue is you are setting a category. It is already weapons. Remove the category and just have the allowed tag. Then save, wait for policy sync, then clear browser cache and it should work.
