Hi

We have been using Sophos Endpoint for a while and our computers update fine while on site and away from the office. The issue we have is endpoints are failing to get updates when they connect using SSL or IPSec VPN.

I see this error in the event log: Download of WindowsCloudNextGen failed from server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com.

Windows 10

    Hi, Sophos support fixed this issue, the problem was that 'Always Cache Sophos endpoint updates' was enabled, Once I had disabled this the machines started updating.
