You are not Sophos Staff.
I am trying to allow a application to run on my system.
I have added the path to the application to the Allowed Applications section under Global Settings. And I have updated the client.
The application is still detected and blocked by the client though.
Is there something else I am missing?

Our lab's team will check its reputation and changes its status from blocked to allow.

You can try allowing the whole path for exclusion C:\KB4\Rassim\ and test if it's still getting detected. I would aso like to request if you could create a separate test policy where you can add your test systems. Create a new Threat protection policy then add those test machines where you want to add this simulator.
