Sophos Migration tool not working

I installed successfully a migration tool on our server but I'm getting error when I trying to launch migration tool. error says "Unable to connect sophos central'

Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello Sean Patrick Mantica,

did you find the mentioned article (previously 122503)? It suggests to Check the server is configured to allow TLS 1.2 connections..

I already allow tls 1.2 on server registry still same error
