license issue

team we update sophos central license today and are not able to see the usage of license it's only showing limits

    Thank you for reaching us, With regards to the license issue that you're seeing, I would recommend you to reach our Customer Care team via chat or directly reaching out hotline to speak with them. They may perform a Sync with your account to get this rectified.
