failure to install sophos antivirus for windows: 8000ffff

in the windows 10 home edition it does not allow me to install the sophos anvitirus module, someone helps me with this error

Hi Miguel Serrano,

Thank you for reaching us, With regards to this query, can you share with us the cloud installer logs which can be found on C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs.
