I've noticed that a new tab has been added recently for 'Unmanaged devices' in computers and servers, but the page doesn't get anything and loading keeps on with no items were found.

This is a new feature with our Sophos central platform. It has a co-relation when you use Sophos ADSync. when you perform ADSync all machines on your organization will be listed on central and all machines that don't have Sophos installed will be shown on this tab.
