Sophos Intercept X Client for Server. Is my file scanner running?

The service you see in Services is "Sophos File Scanner Service" - "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos File Scanner\SophosFS.exe"

Sophos Health also monitors processes.  So in this case it's the the child process of the service that is failing.

Service log:

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos File Scanner\Logs\SophosFS.log

Child processes:

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos File Scanner\Logs\SophosFileScanner.log

Could you check those logs.  

Out of interest is the "Cryptographic Services" - CryptSvc running OK?

I suggest you open a support case. They will need an SDU from the machine to investigate.

Are you running Graphon by any chance?
