Hello, I will install Sophos Intercept X Advanced with EDR on 600 computers, in a large company in the health sector.
How can I perform this installation in an automated way while removing a competing antivirus (BitDefender)?

My suggestion here is for you to reach BitDefender Support team and ask first if they have a removal Script/tool that can uninstall their product through. Once you've taken possession of the said script/tool, you can proceed with removing the said 3rd party security software. After ensuring that the said application has been removed, you can now proceed with deploying the Sophos endpoint on your environment. You may follow this KB article to automate the deployment of the Sophos endpoint.
