Process access restriction

A crash occurs because the sophos program accesses the DLP process before the DLP program process protection function is activated.

I want the sophos program to slow down access to DLP folders and processes.

Please tell me how

I really want to solve the problem.

    Hi, 

    By any chance can you share with us the logs which are located C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Data Control\logs from the device that shows the issue. Also was secure boot activated on this device
