Services are missing

Hi,

Anyone can assist please, we are new to Sophos and in the process of deploying it to end machines. We have tested on few machines, 4 out of 7 have got error that some Sophos services are missing! I have done the basic troubleshooting but no luck! Anyone experiencing same issue?
