Web Components Plugin running slow with Sophos Endpoint

Hello,

As a company we use a web portal to access multiple CCTV systems across multiple sites.

All PC's since installing Sophos Endpoint have had an issue when trying to play the cameras on the web portal. The issue being it takes about a minute for the cameras to load and start playing

The portals use Hikvision's USSC Web Components plugin.

When troubleshooting, if i turn off Real Time Scanning > Internet , it works fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi

    Issues with performance are usually the cause of multiple web filters fighting for the same traffic to scan on a system. Process Monitor logs should be helpful to see what actually is causing the issue. Please check under event logs as well if you find any specific event details.
