Sophos Central Login not possible

Hi,

it is not possible to login in
https://central.sophos.com/manage/login 
or in 
https://cloud.sophos.com/
while in
https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/mysophos/my-account.aspx 
it does work with the sophos ID. 

Resetting the password is also not possible, giving the message
authentication failed
while entering the code recieved via email.


On the firewall when you need to enter the credentials for sophos central logn the message
Email address or password incorrect, verify your account credentials
appears.

    When trying to access Sophos Central, you should see a Sign-in with Microsoft banner.

    When trying to access to Sophos ID (My Sophos) this banner shouldn't show, from here you should be able to access MySophos, Sophos Community, and Support Portal.

    I agree that this might cause some confusion, so I have passed your feedback to the Central Team.
