Blocking Youtube

Hi Anju

Have you added youtube under Global Settings > Website Management with the tag that you created? A screenshot of the policy applied would also be helpful. Also, ensure there is no overlap with users that belong to multiple policies in the web control. Check out this video which might be helpful to set up the configuration. You can also check on the endpoint if the policy is being applied. (Endpoint self-help tool> Policy)

Anju I too face this problem. 
Adding a Site in Global Website Mgmt + Base Policy Category block. 
The URL Still loads at times but after a while gets blocked again. I cant report this to the Support as its random issue on random devices,
Till i report and request an engineer to check the issue is auto resolved

Once you block the URL using the proper tags, you should not be able to access the same. Could you please PM me the case number that you have already registered?
