Sophos Engineering is aware of an issue where Partner Administrators are currently unable to log into the Partner Dashboard when using a Safari browser on OSX. It is possible to log in to the Partner Portal, though the subsequent link to access the Partner Dashboard requires MFA authentication. The MFA page is not displayed, which prevents an administrator from logging into the Partner Dashboard.
This does not affect Sophos Central or Enterprise MFA login workflows when using Safari.
In the interim of this being resolved, please use either Chrome or Firefox to launch Partner Dashboard.
