Failed to install sld: general error.

We have encounter this error repeatedly to our events log in central, can anyone know what must be done here?

Hi Rodjene Constantino,

On the server in questioned can confirm is SLD is not getting installed? If so kindly share the SLD logs which can be located on C:\ProgramData\Sophos\SLD.
