ActiveX plugin for IE11 called VRAXPlayer

Good Afternoon,

We have some software that includes the above plugin and it's used to play recordings.

This has been working fine but now doesn't, we are wondering if a recent Sophos update would trigger this?

    "Application system was blocked by an endpoint firewall" These alerts are part of our Windows Firewall monitoring policy. These alerts are sent by the endpoint to Sophos Central because the endpoint software monitors Windows Firewall activity.

    It does this to keep you informed about potential threats in your environment. That said, the extent of Sophos' involvement is monitoring and, if configured in the Sophos Windows Firewall policy, applying the appropriate Windows Firewall profile (Public, Private, or Domain) to the endpoint.

    These settings are typically configured on the endpoint or via GPO in most environments.

    Could you please check the status of the windows firewall policy on the endpoint?
