Sophos endpoint error message during installation

Question

After run the setup of Sophos end point protection I got the the error message after pre-installation process " sophos encryption is not compatible with safeguard encryption" 
 SGN 8.30 also installed on system. 
 Dell AIO3050 Intel Core i3 system with Win10pro / 4GB RAM

You downloaded the Central agent with Device Encryption - this can't be installed with Safeguard. Instead, go to your downloads pane in Central and choose custom installer and de-select Central Device Encryption. This will fix this issue.
