Hi Community, 

Some customers reporting they are not receiving email alerts, since September 22nd, 2020. Alerts for Detection's and Policy non- compliance, does not trigger an Email Alert. The development Team is actively working on this at this time. Please check the below article for further updates:

    Hi Community!

    [Update] - Resolved as of 10pm EDT Sep 24 

    • All backlogged alert queues have been processed and alerts are sending as normal now.
