What does this mean? Is it updated or not? If yes, then what does "Never" mean?

Could you please check on the device, what is the last update status it shows? Also, please check if all the services are running fine?

It was remarkably stupid of me not to get the machine name, so now I cannot find it anymore.

We can drop this (until I find another example).
