How to ensure SOPHOS client installation ?

How can I ensure that all devices in my environment (Active Directory) have installed the SOPHOS client? We are using AD Sync Tool which is great but we cannot sync OU's with devices inside. Only groups and users will be synced to Sophos Central. We deployed the client with SCCM but sometimes it happened that a device had no SOPHOS client installed, which is a bad thing. How do you do that in your operations? How to ensure that each client has installed it?

  • Hi

We do not have alerts or reports to check if computers or servers are unprotected from the central dashboard. We have an option in Sophos central where you can generate reports with alerts being detected with Sophos Installed.

Under the computer List, you will be able to view the machines with Sophos installed: https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/endpoint/bulk-computers

  • Thank you, but in my point of view this feature is essential and missing. In the old on-premise version of Endpoint Protection we were able to sync Organization Units. We had a security feature in our environment powered by SOPHOS. Now we lost this incredible feature. We need now an additional layer which check if a sophos client is installed. Please implement this feature again.
