Windows Server Protection Installation Failed

Hi guys our client is currently trying to install windows server protection in their Windows Server 2008 R2. But it keeps on failing. Can you help me what are the possible reasons for that?

Could you please check this article and see if it helps you? If it does not resolve the issue, a Wireshark capture might help to check what is causing the issue.

The error is:

WinHttp: 12007 ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Can you resolve the domain referenced in the log with nslookup?
