I face this problem in my windows (windows 7 32 bits)

    Would you please suggest on how many machines you are seeing this issue? The failing component Sophos.Encryption.ContextMenu.dll is only required for the "secure sharing" feature in the context menu of the Windows Explorer (creating password encrypted files). Could you please try to rename the dll on of clients running this OS.
