Received email "Messages quarantined since....." from sender "do-not-reply@cloud.sophos.com"

Users are receiving emails with subject "Messages quarantined since....." from sender "do-not-reply@cloud.sophos.com" .

The email has a link to either Release or Delete the quarantine email. These links are very long and we are not sure whether these links are safe to click.

My question: Are such emails legitimate from Sophos Central  OR are they phishing/spam emails?
