Problems blocking google pages like translate.google.com

When I apply a Web Control rule, trying to block youtube or translate.google.com, the user is beaten but he can enter without being blocked.

Thank you for the screenshot, could you please update on the endpoint once and then check under Sophos Endpoint> About>Open Self help tool> policy> Sophos web control policy, and verify the time and date of the policy applied, just to confirm that it has received the policy.

I can see that the problem is not the Policy Update, since if I add another tag (example tequileras), those pages if blocked or allowed according to configure the permission of the tag in the policy.
