Password protect files for secure sharing (Windows only)

Ok so it seems it finally showed up as an option it says :

Create Password Protected file > took  a really long time .

This seems to only be able to work for files not folders . It should allow you to give a password to a folder thou.

This option is available for files only, Users can attach password-protected files to emails when sending sensitive data to recipients outside your corporate network. Recipients can open the file by double-clicking it and entering the password. For more information, please check this document.
