How to create an exception for an application policy?

Question

I have an application that uses whoami.exe. Looking in the events, I see the following: "Controlled application blocked: Microsoft Windows whoami (Security tool)". But when I go to my policy, there is nothing listed that matches that. So how do I create an exception for it? Thank you!

Hi Ken, 
 By navigating to my Application Control policy and the Add/Edit list, I was able to find "Microsoft Windows whoami" under Security tool. This should be unchecked if you wish to allow it. What do you see on your side?
