Red Status in client but still there is a connection... Endpoint Protection | Intercept-X

Hi all,

 

I got RED STATUS for clients in dashboard.
There is a active connection still exists in the client computer even in RED STATUS.

But according to working mechanism of INTERCEPT X as shown in this video , connections are interrupted.

 

How to resolve this,
Is our protection properly maintained by Sophos ?

 

 

ps: Got licenses for Advanced Intercept-X

    To make the computers connected to the internet or network, you can below steps on the client after which the client will be available for the remote session.

    1. Disabling Tamper Protection (if enabled)
    2. Open the Sophos UI and clicking on Settings
    3. Tick the option Override Sophos Central Policy for up to 4 hours to troubleshoot
    4. De-select the radio button for Network Threat Protection

    But for the above steps, you need the client machine or you can ask users to perform this after disabling the tamper protection from the Sophos Central.
