Not getting notified by mail on Self auto-isolation on red health

Sorry I was unable to understand the intent behind this post. Would you please suggest whether you want to have an email when the device gets isolated?

Or you have an issue with the malicious connection detected alerts?

Services not running or a malware event that could not be cleaned up automatically by Sophos would also produce a red health event, and would cause isolation to occur (if this is enabled) so you would receive an email alert.

Email alerts for device auto-isolation specifically, is not currently a feature of Sophos. Please vote for the feature here or if you have specifics on the request, you can either add a comment, or create a new entry - the more votes it gets, the more visibility the issue gets with Product Management.
