[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos Central Partner Dashboard - Some Partners are unable to login due to an internal server error

Hi Community,

Some Sophos Partners are unable to login to the Central Partner Dashboard after entering MFA, either through partnerportal.sophos.com or id.sophos.com. An internal server error is being displayed.

Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)
Sophos Central Partner

Impact

Impacted Sophos Partners will be unable make changes to their customers via the Central Partner Dashboard. 

Workaround

Access the customer's Central Admin Dashboard directly.
