Some Sophos Partners are unable to login to the Central Partner Dashboard after entering MFA, either through partnerportal.sophos.com or id.sophos.com. An internal server error is being displayed.

Impacted Sophos Partners will be unable make changes to their customers via the Central Partner Dashboard.
Workaround
Access the customer's Central Admin Dashboard directly.
