Looking for Sophos-compatible employee behavior monitoring software

Sophos Central with Intercept-X in a healthcare environment

 

With so many users working remotely now, my administration is looking for ways to monitor employee work habits.  I've tried a trial of Veriato Vision, but could not get it working with Sophos to save my life.  Sophos support kept swearing that everything was fine and Veriato support kept blaming Sophos.  I'm inclined to believe Sophos because nothing was getting logged in events.  I'm hoping to find a comparable piece of software that someone else might have experience with alongside Sophos.  Anyone have any good ideas?

    Was it ever mentioned if there was a specific Sophos component that was causing this to occur? Basic troubleshooting should be able to help find out what this component is, if anything.

    With monitoring work habits, what specifically are you looking for? Web Control should be able to help with blocking websites, Application Control policies should also help with controlling what apps can be launched on a machine, etc.

    as you say healthcare, is it more about auditing and ensuring compliance with data protection rules than actually employee work habits?
    Not sure if Veriato Vision or comparable pieces of software are the right choice in this case. That many users working remotely now pose a problem and need their habits to be monitored suggests that the environment isn't set up for remote work. No insult intended - many institutions face similar problems these days. IMO such comparable pieces of software, especially if rolled out in a hurry, are a good way to alienate your employees. 
    Wonder what could not get it working exactly is but I' wouldn't be surprised that software like Intercept X and Veriato don't go too well together without appropriate setup. Not surprising Veriato offers its own ransomware protection.
