Sophos Antivirus - Tamper Password or Disable option in Windows Server 2012

Hi Team, 
 
 Recently we had updated to latest sophos version. And it seems that we are facing scanning issues due to sophos and applications were down. CPU usage is nearly 99%. 
 Trying out some options to disable sophos antivirus to check with the utilization. But we unable to disable it and required sophos central login or Sophos tamper password to disbale. Can any one suggest me how we can able to retrieve tamper password or to disabling sophos for mean while.

 Inorder to disable tamper protection, please check this article . You will require Sophos central login, in case you cannot login, you can recover the tamper protection . Also, you can check which exact component is causing the issue, kindly check this link for the same.
