One or more Sophos services are missing or not running

Question

hi everyone, 
 iam kinda new here my pc has been showing One or more Sophos services are missing or not running for a while now when i dropped down the logs 
 i found this error Not started: File Detection any ideas on how to resolve this please

Hi William, 
 File Detection not started usually indicates that the detection library is corrupted and a reinstall should resolve the issue.
