We had an issue with 'Callercheck' stopping PowerPoint from opening properly on a user's machine, I had previously been instructed to try the sophos hotfix to see if it resolves the issue. After installing, PowerPoint was able to open properly, but I noticed that the sophos system tray icon was no longer present. I confirmed it's still running on the system and still responding in our cloud webui, just not showing the system tray icon beside the clock. Is this normal?
