Sophos Central on-access scanning exclusions. Exclusion type question.

hey, 
 
 When excluding .exe from on-access scans we can add it as "type" File or folder or Process. 
 Would both accomplish the same or are there differences?

Hello JT, 
 File exclusions should just exclude the specific file. With Process exclusions, this also excludes files that the process uses (but only when they are accessed by that process).
