Sophos Central Endpoint : The security health cannot be reported at the moment

TRIED SUPPORT TEAM, They re commend to re install. But hold on 100 + clients re install.

Its quite often this is happening; Once a week massive number of clients are showing in RED--> The security health cannot be reported at the moment.

-Cache Servers are up and running

-All Services on the clients are running

-Few of them are on our office network, Active Internet 

 

 

Any one has done dealt with this and resolved? RCA / Fix for this trouble :(
