[Sophos Notification] Sophos Central- Some users in EU-WEST-1 are intermittently experiencing latency and installation failures

Some Sophos Central users may experience intermittent installation failures and latency issues this will affect both Sophos Central Dashboard and Sophos Enterprise Dashboard customers.
