How Sophos Dynamic Interface Works

Question

Hello All, 
 I am new to Sophos Antivirus, My company got Sophos Central account and we have requirement to scan uploaded document by calling API provided by Sophos. Below are my questions 
 1. I have heard about SAVDI, Do I need to enable it in central account for the machine or I have to install it? 
 2. How to integrate with Java Application?

The SAVDI Product is going to be End of life.

 The new product is called "Intelix" 
 https://www.sophos.com/en-us/labs/intelix.aspx 
 It is a API, you can call via http restful web requests. 
 
 So basically you simply book a trial account for AWS (its marketplace product via AWS). 
 Afterwards you will have to "program" your java application to send the files etc. to Intelix. 
 In the end of the month, AWS will calculate your bill.
