Every Access Point is reporting offline when they are still working

Every Wireless Access Point we have and we have 73 are reporting as offline in Sophos Central. The email notifications were sent and I checked connectivity using the access points and they still work. Why are they showing as offline in the web console? Anyone else having this issue?

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, would you please create a case and DM me the case number? This instance would require an investigation from Support team.
