central email advanced

Hi 

Trying to configure Email settings on Sophos Central Email Advanced ( Support sucks waited an hour on hold then lost phone connection, told by support person on chat that i will have call back and he cannot continue with the Case, Poor service IMO)

anyway i managed to setup the MX Records SPF and created a mail flow connector, but emails are not being delivered to Office 365 portal, i can see them being delivered on the Sophos Central Portal, but they are not coming through on anything else , OWA , Outlook etc 

 

any help would be much appreciated

    Well well.. that was the issue :)

    The incoming MX record was pointing the website not the MX record on Office 365.... just swapped things round on the DNS and i have been able to send and receive on all client software
